It is a so-called spin-off of the company <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msr-electronic.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>MSR-Electronic GmbH<\/strong><\/a> (specialist for gas warning systems, i. a. for underground car parks). Now it is an important subsidiary of the family holding company <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.msr-group.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MSR-Group GmbH<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Development of the company<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For many years the start-up MSR-Traffic was relatively unknown in the industry sector. In the beginning the company has put a lot of development work into wired <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.msr-traffic.de\/en\/solutions\/single-space-monitoring-of-many-parking-spaces\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">magnetic field sensors<\/a><\/strong> (today these are wireless, i.e. battery powered).<\/p>\n<p>As is so often the case with start-ups, various approaches were tested. Thus, MSR-Traffic tried out the use of the sensor technology in a wide variety of applications (truck single-space detection, barrier control, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>In the first years the learning curve was very steep.
